Conditions of Sale:

Artwine Pty Limited is authorised to sell Liquor under The South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997 - Producers Licence 50809860

Under the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act (LLA) 1997; and conditions imposed by the licensing authority all sales are subject to compliance with the following:

1. Purchasers must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.

2. The delivery address must be a street address where delivery can be made between the hours of 8am and 5pm on Business days. All dispatches via Australia Post or Courier will be made Person-to-Person and may require signed receipt by the addressess only. Identification will be required.

3. Information provided by Purchasers will be retained for the purpose of audit by authorised officers under the LLA 1997. This information will not be used or released for any other purpose.
